As I interviewed the Seller I asked her what Tip she can give others when choosing a realtor to sell a home. She used the phrase “Go  Beyond The Optics and Judge of Character” What she’s referring to is that never fall for a sweet talk and exercise your judgement. Asking for a testimonial or a reference wouldn’t hurt at all.

As I quoted before anybody can write a clever phrase in the Billboard sign but it is another thing to deliver a mission that is deserving of a referral. My Mission Is To Deliver An Experience That Is Deserving of Your Referral! To Listen, Educate and Empower.

Structuring my business to be a “ByReferral Only” my purpose is for my client to be happy with the help that I provide that in return they will gladly introduce me to their friends and family before our transaction closes rather than to advertise in the Builboard sign and to come up with a clever phrase as you drive down the highway. Because I know that you know that the best investment I can invest is in you!

In this video working as the Buyer’s agent I demonstrated a best in class quality of work for my client that I cannot help others to noticed. As I proceeded to asked question to the Home seller I asked her what she thinks about the Buyer’s experienced with me and she answered me with… “I ENVY THEM!”

Most common problem a home seller face when selling their home is the lack communication with their realtor. Selling a house is not just erecting a for sale sign and signing papers. There are things that must happen to develop a good rapport with the home seller in order to have a smooth transaction.

1. A realtor must have a clear understanding of a home seller’s goals, needs and wants.

2. A realtor must be knowledgeable about the home he/she is selling.

3. A realtor must be able to convey to the seller that he is acting on the sellers best interest and not just after the commission.

As I interviewed the home seller I listened to her very carefully and there are 3 things that I found out.

1. Her realtor is not available when she needs them.

2. The realtor failed to establish a good rapport.

3. The home seller felt her realtor isn’t acting in her best interest.

When choosing your real estate agent to sell your house it is important to do your homework. Make sure to ask thought provoking question to make sure they will deliver what they say they’re going to deliver. Also, keep in mind you are after the “Quality” of serivce and not the “Quantity” of homes a realtor sell. A quantity does not mean anything if there is no quality!

In this video I interviewed an unhappy home seller who was promised a lot but underdelivered. The purpose of this video is not to defame others but to share a common problem a home seller face when selling a home.
